Morris-Reynar Mobile Site

We are very pleased to announce the first public release of our Canadian mobile real estate website (iPhone & Blackberry). Developed as an iPhone & Blackberry companion to the Morris Reynar & Associates website, this mobile real estate app is the first of its kind in the area. Features in this release include:

- GPS enable mobile real estate search

- Featured listings & listing photos / details

- Mobile Blog viewer

- Mobile YouTube account access

- One touch “phone now” button

- iPhone styled navigation

- Auto-redirect of visitors using a mobile device to mobile website

Mobile real estate technology is just emerging, however we are very proud to have developed what we feel will be an extremely useful mobile real estate tool for home buyers and sellers in the Cochrane area.

The site can be added to a user’s home screen by pressing the + button on the iPhone, and once installed behaves exactly like a native iPhone application [without the hassles of the iTunes store]. The search functionality is being supplied via the MyRealPage mobile search system & kudos to them for working closely with us throughout the development phase.

All in all we are very pleased so far & excited to finally have this mobile real estate product out in the wild. Next release will contain a custom portrait version, and additional customization for the Blackberry platform.

Vancouver Luxury Homes

The Vancouver Luxury Homes REALTOR® website is a completely custom real estate website built entirely on the MyRealPage CMS platform. Carlo Melo is a longtime MyRealPage client, and although he was happy with their tools, he wanted a completely custom look & specific functionality for his new luxury niche website. The MyRealPage platform has some of the best MLS search tools available in the Canadian market, and these tools became the foundation of the new site.

Working with Carlo, we developed a unique combination of pre-defined real estate search categories linked to easy-search buttons, and custom tailored searches that allow the luxury real estate buyer to quickly locate the property of their dreams, within one or two clicks. Luxury searches are predefined for all of the major areas in the city, along with a special category for golf course and waterfront listings. The site has quickly become a useful resource for Vancouver Luxury Home shoppers.

Esau Real Estate

This is a custom design for Esau Real Estate Team of Chilliwack BC, built on the MyRealPage platform. The Esau’s wanted to build a site that was functional first – they were tired of lead generation sites that locked the user out of the information they were seeking. They also wanted to bring their site to the forefront of the Chilliwack marketplace.

By using the MyRealPage custom search and mapping tools, we were able to develop a custom site with a contemporary look, that still functions as a lead generation tool, but in a much more usable manner. We brought the search tools to the forefront – putting them right in the banner on the home page, allowing users to truly “get what they came for” in a single click or less. The Easu Team has had fantastic feedback on the site, and is looking forward to leveraging it as a great business tool in 2010.
