Vancouver Luxury Homes
The Vancouver Luxury Homes website is a completely custom site built entirely on the MyRealPage CMS platform. Carlo Melo is a longtime MyRealPage client, and although he was happy with their tools, he wanted a completely custom look & specific functionality for his new luxury niche website. The MyRealPage platform has some of the best MLS search tools available in the Canadian market, and these tools became the foundation of the new site.
Working with Carlo, we developed a unique combination of pre-defined search categories linked to easy-search buttons, and custom tailored searches that allow the luxury user to quickly locate the property of their dreams, within one or two clicks. Luxury searches are predefined for all of the major areas in the city, along with a special category for golf course and waterfront listings. The site has quickly become a useful resource for Vancouver Luxury Home shoppers.
Rebecca Permack – Burke Mountain Homes
With a wedding pending, Rebecca Permack approached our team and asked if it would be a good time to look into rebranding. She was already planning some additional marketing campaigns to help relaunch her career under her new married name, and thought that she could accomplish both tasks at the same time.
We felt that it was a wonderful idea – and set out to craft a brand that not only embodied Rebecca as a person, and a realtor, but also would remain sensitive to her niche – a wonderful new community called Burke Mountain, in Coquitlam BC.
With the website, Rebecca’s goal was to be the one-stop-shop for anyone interested in moving to the Burke Mountain area. Rather than just creating a bunch of filler, Rebecca set upon a mission to build a wealth of useful content, including maps & photography, that would truly be of value to prospective buyers.
Although we are still working on the finishing touches, we are proud to announce the release of Rebecca Permack’s brand new website, Burke Mountain Homes.

San Diego Castles
Kris Berg first approached us with an interesting challenge. She had recently grown from a team working under the “SanDiego Castles” brand, to a standalone brokerage called “San Diego Castles Realty”. Kris is an inspiring and energetic Realtor, and was very intent on building a brokerage that still retained the feeling of her existing brand, while remaining a unique (and even quirky) player.
The San Diego Castles website was born out of the desire to create a Web 2.0 style portal that would function as a resource to the brokerages growing clientelle. Kris clearly did not want a typical stuffy real estate site, so we took a different approach, one that embodied the spirit of the brokerage, and its founders into the very design of the site itself. With some minor tweaks to the existing branding, and some new ideas to boot – we set about creating one of the most unique brokerage websites in North America.
The result? Take a look for yourself. Every time we pull this site up it still makes us smile. Thanks to Kris & team for being some of the best clients we have ever worked with, and giving us the latitude to come up with a solution that was just a little bit different than anyone was expecting.

Buy Florida Waterfront
Inga Wilson is a successful Realtor based in the Fort Myers, Florida area. She has come to be known for her unique marketing approaches, and the recent websites we have built with her are no exception. Inga truly realizes the benefits of marketing to a well defined niche – in this case, “true” Florida waterfront property, something that has become relatively difficult to search for using the current MLS system.
The subjective nature of waterfront property means that some properties that edge on a creek, or a pond, will show up as “waterfront” using the board level MLS search tools. Inga wanted to offer her clients more – if you have a yacht, or another specific reason for looking at waterfront/gulf-front property, there are a number of very important considerations when looking at potential properties.
We worked with Inga to develop a fantastic niche site – one that not only caters visually to her target audience, but also contains state-of-the-art tools for searching waterfront property.

Personal Branding & Ubertor Customization
When first discussing the theory of personal agent branding, Maureen Fritz was interested. We analyzed Maureen’s existing demographic, and crafted a unique identity that remained sensitive to her existing clientele, while adding a touch of whimsy. The website was designed to be simple, clean and easy to navigate, while remaining feminine and pleasing to the eye.
Shannon Carson
Ubertor Website and Personal Branding
Shannon approached us with a problem many agents face. The market had begun to turn, and after a number of bustling years the industry was becoming more competitve. In order to secure listings, newer agents often had to compete head to head with agents who had been in the industry for 20+ years.
We decided to develop a strong personal brand around Shannon’s real estate business, and then apply that brand to a completely custom Ubertor based website. Shannon had been using the Ubertor system for a number of years, and really enjoyed the ease of use & listing engine that the service provides. We were able to redesign the entire site without affecting any of the links, or the years of listings and data that she had built up on the service. The result – one of the most unique personal agent websites to launch this year.
Andrew Hasman & Associates
Custom Web Development and Ubertor CSS
Andrew Hasman has been in the top 10 of Vancouver realtors for a number of years. He was one of the pioneers on the Ubertor platform, and had one of the very first customized websites on the system. Recognizing the value that his website provides, Andrew and his team contacted us to help them design a new website around their updated branding and corporate ID.
The main goal of the new branding was to begin the transition from “agent” to “team” – a process that can be quite difficult and often has less than ideal business implications if not handled correctly. Every aspect of the site redesign was structured to solidify the team aspect, slowly helping Andrew’s existing clientele become comfortable with the new team members, and giving each team member the credibility they deserve.
Update: Andrew Hasman and his team liked their new site so much, they decided to hire us for a refresh in 2010. As part of the update we added featured listings and a custom testimonial widget to their homepage. The team has also been using social media as part of their marketing strategy, so we also integrated some of those elements throughout the site. The result?
