We are very pleased to announce the first public release of our Canadian mobile real estate website (iPhone & Blackberry). Developed as an iPhone & Blackberry companion to the Morris Reynar & Associates website, this mobile real estate app is the first of its kind in the area. Features in this release include:

- GPS enable mobile real estate search

- Featured listings & listing photos / details

- Mobile Blog viewer

- Mobile YouTube account access

- One touch “phone now” button

- iPhone styled navigation

- Auto-redirect of visitors using a mobile device to mobile website

Mobile real estate technology is just emerging, however we are very proud to have developed what we feel will be an extremely useful mobile real estate tool for home buyers and sellers in the Cochrane area.

The site can be added to a user’s home screen by pressing the + button on the iPhone, and once installed behaves exactly like a native iPhone application [without the hassles of the iTunes store]. The search functionality is being supplied via the MyRealPage mobile search system & kudos to them for working closely with us throughout the development phase.

All in all we are very pleased so far & excited to finally have this mobile real estate product out in the wild. Next release will contain a custom portrait version, and additional customization for the Blackberry platform.
