Equus Estates

When Telf Maynard & Cheryl Dewson of Dexter Associates approached us with an idea for a niche website focused on the equestrian property market, we were very excited. Searching for horse-appropriate property can be a large challenge, given the unique but very specific criteria that market uses when evaluating homes. Cheryl & Telf are both life-long horse people, and have a deep understanding of this niche, and the unique challenges within it. They elected to team up and form Equus Estates, a “one-stop-shop” for all things related to buying or selling horse property in BC.

We worked with them over a number of months taking the branding concepts they had in place, and wrapping it into a completely custom Ubertor-based real estate site. Telf & Cheryl were also adamant the the site not be a “typical” real estate site, full of generic and template info – in fact they wanted a website that looked nothing at all like standard, but still remained clean, simple and easy to use.

The results speak for themselves, and Equus Estates has turned out to be one of the most memorable creations that we have designed this year. Great clients + great ideas = great projects, and this is one to be proud of.
