Andrew Hasman has been in the top 10 of Vancouver realtors for a number of years. He was one of the pioneers on the Ubertor platform, and had one of the very first customized websites on the system. Recognizing the value that his website provides, Andrew and his team contacted us to help them design a new website around their updated branding and corporate ID.

The main goal of the new branding was to begin the transition from “agent” to “team” – a process that can be quite difficult and often has less than ideal business implications if not handled correctly. Every aspect of the site redesign was structured to solidify the team aspect, slowly helping Andrew’s existing clientele become comfortable with the new team members, and giving each team member the credibility they deserve.

Update Feb. 2010: Andrew Hasman and his team liked their new site so much, they decided to hire us for a refresh in 2010. As part of the update we added featured listings and a custom testimonial widget to their homepage. The team has also been using social media as part of their marketing strategy, so we also integrated  some of those elements throughout the site. The result?
